About The RoleThe Statements & Investor Reporting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate delivery of client communications and regulatory reporting materials across Baird’s Wealth Management and Asset Management platforms. Based in our Operations division, this role focuses on executing daily production processes and supporting the distribution of client statements, trade confirmations, proxy materials, and prospectus documents, while assisting with data feeds and pricing validation.This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment and enjoy working collaboratively to support high-quality client deliverables.
