Supply Chain Manager

Responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies for capital equipment, the full-time Supply Chain Manager will manage procurement processes for energy infrastructure projects, ensuring equipment availability and supplier commitments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for major capital equipment related to energy projects Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions Maintain alignment between project forecasts and supplier capacities, managing procurement schedules and supply chain tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or capital equipment procurement Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects and supplier negotiations Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and procurement management tools Experience with BESS, solar, microgrids, or related electrical infrastructure preferred
