Dental Assistant - Sterilization & Floater Position

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Dental Assistant to join our team in a unique support-focused role! Dental assisting experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sterilization, assisting with hygiene, and jumping in wherever the doctors and dental assistants need an extra hand. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterilization area Assist with assisted hygiene as needed Serve as an extra assistant/floater to support doctors and other assistants Help with room setup, breakdown, and maintaining a smooth patient flow Anticipate the needs of the clinical team and step in to help wherever needed Keep instruments, rooms, and clinical areas clean, organized, and ready for patients Contribute to a positive, calm, and welcoming environment for both patients and coworkers We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: Dental assisting experience is required Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record A hard worker who takes pride in doing things well Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction A team player with a kind, helpful, and calming personality Flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in cleanliness Someone who genuinely enjoys helping coworkers and making the entire team better Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment while maintaining a positive attitude Why This Position?
