Rolling V Bus Corp.Body Shop Tech I is considered a master body tech capable of all body repairs. Including but not limited to, disassembly, assembly, and repair of interior and exterior body panels and structure, sanding, sealing, welding, fiberglass repair, paint preparation and application, buffing and finish detailing.Review repair order to verify work to be performedRemove and replace or restore defective panels and other components as requiredApply surface coatings following applicable procedures and disposal processesComplete all repairs in accordance with repair order and to customer satisfactionComplete and submit required repair documentationFollow all applicable safety and health proceduresFrequently considers what is the best way to do things and looks for ways to streamline and/or improve work processesBody Shop Technician, you must display thorough and proven knowledge of general body repairHave a strong work ethic, work productively with an exceptional attention to detailProvide outstanding customer service and maintain effective working relationships with customers, supervisors and co-workersMaintain a clean, organized, safe work environmentDemonstrates “we versus me” thinkingStraighten body panels with minimal use of body fillerBody assembly and disassemblyPanel alignmentWelding mild steel, using both acetylene and MiGFiberglass RepairRust repairHand and Machine sandingMasking and paint preparationPriming and PaintingHand and machine polishingSalary$22-$26Schedule7am-4pmBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
