Fund Formation Associate — Private Equity Funds
The Merker Group
The Merker Group is seeking a mid to senior level associate in New York for its Fund Formation Group. This role involves working closely with private equity sponsors on the structuring and operation of private funds. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of fund formation experience at a peer Am Law 100 firm and a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school. A strong entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
