Tax Processing & Administrative Specialist This position is ideal for someone with administrative, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax support experience who would like to expand their knowledge and grow into a more tax-focused role over time. Responsibilities Organizing and processing tax documents Communicating with clients regarding information requests Assisting with tax return assembly and filing Providing bookkeeping and administrative support Maintaining accurate client records and documentation Supporting the accounting team throughout the tax season Qualifications Experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax support role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional communication skills Interest in learning and growing within the accounting profession Junior / Staff Tax Accountant This position is designed for an accountant who wants to continue developing their tax expertise and advance into a Senior Tax Accountant or tax review role as they gain experience.
