Marketing SpecialistJoin us in the fight for what's right!DeMayo Law is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, while assisting with performance tracking and reporting. This role coordinates campaigns, manages timelines, develops and distributes marketing materials, and ensures projects are completed accurately and on schedule. In addition, the position tracks key metrics, prepares basic performance reports, and helps analyze results to support data-informed marketing decisions. By combining strong organizational skills with analytical support, this role helps drive effective and well-executed marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesWriting, editing, and publishing engaging posts, encompassing both planned and real-time moments, for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channelsWriting, editing, and publishing virtual newsletter contentCoordinating with internal and external teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events and open roles)Responding to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate mannerTracking and reporting on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)Monitoring and researching social media channels for industry trendsWriting all copy for marketing materialCollecting and analyzing data to enhance the data driven decision making within our organizationInterpreting online consumer behaviorTranslating raw data into measurable data regarding client behavior and trends from different forms of marketing to help create marketing strategies & campaignsGenerating and analyzing marketing reports to provide team appropriate dataMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the firm's online strategyCoordinating firm events to align with our brand and business goalsPerforming other duties as assignedActive member of the Firm's "social committee"QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; however, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be consideredMinimum of 2 years of post-grad experience coordinating and executing basic marketing initiatives requiredStrong communication, copywriting and copy-editing skillsExceptional organization skillsStrong analytical & visualization skillsExperience collecting & presenting market researchExperience with Salesforce preferredExperience with Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Ads preferredExperience marketing for a law firm preferredBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceBase life insurance paid by the firm plus supplemental optionShort and long-term disability paid by the firm401(k) with matchPTO, plus holidays and paid volunteer time offEducation and gym reimbursementEqual Opportunity StatementDeMayo Law Offices is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
