Client Care Manager

About Us: BrightStar Care is a home health company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs who assist with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who do the same work that we ask our employees to do. The length of the shifts can be as short as two hours or as long as twelve hours. Role Overview: As a Client Care Manager at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of personalized care to our clients while ensuring that each individual’s needs are met. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing staff and caregivers to promote high-quality care and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care with caregivers and nursing staff to ensure consistent and quality services are being provided. Monitor client progress and satisfaction. Supervise field employees' time and attendance. Schedule caregivers, CNAs, and nurses for client visits. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in home health care or a related field. Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Demonstrated ability in care management or client relations. Proficiency in care planning and service coordination. Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client care. Bonus If You: Have certifications in nursing or care management. Possess experience working with dementia patients. Are familiar with state regulations in home health care. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Location: This position is on-site only in Tinley Park, Illinois.
