Job Title

Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location

Ironwood, MI

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of approximately 11,500 visits
• Perform ECI triage assessments and splinting procedures as part of unit-specific care
• Collaborate with a small RN team covering the ED, with additional overlap coverage during peak hours
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation; if called back to the facility, call-back pay applies
• Float to ICU as needed (preferred but not required)

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• ECI Triage training and splinting skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an ICU setting or willingness to float to ICU
• Familiarity with Trauma Level IV emergency care environments
