Food and Nutrition Director

Nealy Pierce is recruiting a Director of Food & Nutrition Services for a growing, nonprofit acute care hospital.

You'll lead a large in-house program spanning clinical nutrition, patient dining, retail/café, catering, and production - with responsibility for staffing, budget, quality, and regulatory readiness.

Successful Candidates Will Bring

• BS in Nutrition or Dietetics with approved internship/clinical experience
• Tennessee licensure (or ability to obtain)
• 5+ years supervisory and budgetary experience in acute care
• Experience leading both clinical nutrition and foodservice operations
• Strong financial acumen with a collaborative leadership style
• Ability to bring fresh ideas , including menu enhancements
• Excellent soft skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Regulatory readiness and food safety experience
• Clean driving record required (must be insurable)

RD preferred (not required). CDM acceptable for strong hospital operators.
