Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare facility located in Port Washington, New York. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Job Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient-centered care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific components, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
