A state license to practice is a must, along with CPR certification as a preference. If you have specialized qualifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics, they will be viewed favorably, although they are not mandatory. Your experience plays an important role too. We prefer candidates with a strong background and the capability to address complex medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a team are crucial, alongside the capability to navigate digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
