Full-Time Sales Associate

Happy Jewelers is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Full-Time Sales Associate willing to engage customers with a sales-minded attitude, strong work ethic, and organizational skills to join our Fullerton, CA showroom sales team. We’re looking for someone passionate about fine jewelry who can deliver exceptional customer service and sales expertise across both our showroom collection and custom designs, while thriving as part of a collaborative team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about the jewelry industry, brings exceptional fine jewelry sales experience, and delivers outstanding customer service. Strong computer skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are also essential. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining client lists and reaching sales goals, as well as other administrative duties. The ideal candidate requires creative & analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, project management and multitasking abilities, resourcefulness, as well as a hands-on approach within our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Saturdays are a required part of the weekly schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Guide customers to purchase, in-person and remotely, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer. Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual and team goals and revenue targets. Proactively engage with clients through phone and text communications, delivering personalized sales support that reflects our commitment to luxury service and exceptional products. Review customer feedback and online reviews, working to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance. Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, such as but not limited to ring settings, selections, diamond options, watches, chains, and other fine jewelry. Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our selection of fine jewelry. Utilize our CRM system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally. Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of helping customers create one-of-a-kind pieces to celebrate life's most precious occasions with the utmost quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. Complete the onboarding training program by shadowing daily activities, and participate in ongoing continuing education. Maintain and build upon client relationships. Maintain solid communication and feedback relationship with store management. Ensure showroom cleanliness is kept to company standards. Assist in all store operational tasks Participate in occasional off-site sales events and pop-ups, supporting the brand outside of the showroom. All other duties as assigned.
