Responsibilities As a Bay Host you will: Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explaining why they’re visiting. Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance the overall experience and drive sales through suggestive selling. Take orders quickly and accurately and keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns. Assist with safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bay clean and safe. Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day. Requirements Positive attitude—being a grump is not part of the job. One Team mentality: teamwork is essential. Player focus: obsess over making the player experience the best it can be. Ability to thrive in a popular environment: remain calm when occupancy is high. Experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 pounds; be comfortable bending, stooping, and carrying. On your feet for most of the shift; enjoy walking throughout your shift.
