What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and identify their trailer and hauling needs
• Guide customers through product options and recommend the best solutions
• Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Manage the sales process from first contact through delivery
• Present dealership products, services, accessories, and financing options
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records
• Utilize Microsoft Office and dealership systems for communication and reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Represent the California Trailers brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Previous dealership, automotive, RV, trailer, equipment, or retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 per year

Commission: Additional earnings based on sales performance

Expected Earnings: High-performing sales associates have the opportunity to substantially increase their total compensation through commission.
