Pay Range & Benefits The pay range is $73,000.00-$132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, work experience and certifications. Role Overview As a Sr Business Partner in Space & Presentation, you'll take the lead as you partner with buying leaders to drive the Adjacency and Map-It Process. Responsibilities Lead partnership with buying leaders to drive the adjacency and Map-It Process. Coordinate and execute strategy and transition meetings to establish business strategies, develop timing and actions, and recommend changes to improve and meet presentation guidelines. Maintain accurate display of store-specific ties in the Merchandise Presentation Department host system. Provide pertinent information dealing with presentation displays between stores and merchandising, and store grouping information to key partners. Determine presentation direction and create adjacencies and planograms for new and remodel stores. Drive development of special projects such as new merchandising strategies, fixture strategies, test strategies, micro-marketing/small market opportunities, and training materials. Support and develop new processes for the Store Experience team, driving operational efficiencies, and building training strategies and tools that enhance team knowledge of best practices and ensure consistent execution across stores. Qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 4-5 years of work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise. Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. 1+ years of Merchandising Space experience preferred. Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheet preferred. Working Arrangement This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. Hybrid/Flex means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending on the role, team and tasks required for that day.
