Training Coordinator (Senior Training Coordinator)

Job Overview The Senior Training Coordinator provides support in the safe and efficient operation of the vast and complex network of systems required for the world's largest air traffic control and navigation system. Incumbent reports to the Cleveland District Operations Support Manager with the Cleveland OSS (WCQ41). Key Responsibilities Coordinating technical and non-technical training programs. Evaluating, tracking and reporting employees' training and certification status on systems and services that support the National Airspace System (NAS). Compiling, tracking, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (FV-H, FG/GS-12) in or related to the line of work of the position. This experience should have equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform in this position.
