Preschool Teacher

We are a constructivist preschool in Hollywood Los Angeles. Social constructivist teaching focuses on mental development. We see it in children's free play, in work in practical sciences, in gardening and planting, and a host of other activities; also in the stories we read and the experiences we share that frame essential knowledge of how the world works. We have indoor and outdoor classrooms as well as studio spaces. Teachers are encouraged to keep an open mind and to show compassion and attention to detail, along with a collaborative spirit. Our way of working produces compassionate, empathetic children, who graduate with wonderful memories and lasting friendships.

Candidates must be physically fit, have a recent health screening, TB test, and a Live Scan background check prior to starting.
