Service Response Center- Team Lead Location: GREATER BALTIMORE MEDICAL CENTER - 32003005 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process. Employment Type: Full-time Pay Range: $17 per hour - $18 per hour Responsibilities Responsible for performing all of the duties of a Service Response Center Agent while also serving as the senior‑most, non‑management team member of the Service Response Center. Promote delivery of the ultimate customer experience for customers and employees through effective communication and behavior modeling, including training, coaching, motivating and problem solving. Assist with data reporting to ensure department goals are being achieved. Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. Qualifications Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy and safe working environment for all. 0–2 years of related experience working in a hospital environment is a plus.
