Position: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Location: Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in administering medications and treatments in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Compensation: Up to $34.16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required
  • Implement and follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs
  • Perform essential duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations
  • Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, families, and staff, adhering to HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the State of New York
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing is preferred
