Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative

Startz Veterinary is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team! Our client care team serves a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a Full-Time position. The schedule is 4 weekdays (8-hour shifts) and rotating Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Delivers exceptional client experience by providing warm, professional, and efficient front-desk service, while confidently handling high-volume phone calls, scheduling, and client inquiries.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and support smooth daily hospital operations.
• Strong communicator and team player who builds trust with clients and collaborates effectively with medical staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
