We are seeking an In-Office Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based income. You will be responsible for selling our suite of digital marketing services to new clients, managing your pipeline, and contributing to overall company growth.
This position offers a base salary plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure , providing strong earning potential for individuals who are willing to put in the work.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $41,600 annually
- Commission: Uncapped and performance-driven
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
- Work both inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions
- Present and sell COLAB’s digital marketing services
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
- Experience in selling marketing/software solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Comfortable with sales goals and performance expectations
- Previous sales and digital marketing experience is required
