Role & Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal and client users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
Deploy, configure, and support corporate devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and escalate complex issues to engineering teams.
Participate in after-hours support rotation and onsite client visits as needed.
