Responsibilities include but are not limited to: GuestExperience Competently run your kitchen station, with a basic understanding of all other sections. Demonstrate competent knife skills, including fish and meat preparation. Understand what isrequiredto meet Hawksmoor standards and consistently follow recipes. Plate dishes accurately and consistently to Hawksmoor standards. Show a basic knowledge of food products and quality, including correct storage and shelf life. Executeservice forlarger groups, includingPDRand largeparties. Show genuine care for delivering an excellent guest experience Consistently deliver the highest standards of dishes from our kitchen station. Maintain a deep understanding ofHawksmoorbeef, suppliers, and sourcing. TeamEngagement & Culture EmbodyHawksmoorvalues with apositive, proactive, and professionalattitude. Physical and Mental Demands Mobility: Must be able to move continuously around the dining room, kitchen, and bar areas during the shift. Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lifts and carries trays, plates, and items weighing up to ~ 25 to 30 lbs. Communication: Ability toclearly and effectively communicate with guests, kitchen staff, and management. Cognitive: Ability to process guest requests, manage multiple tables simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moderate to loud noise levels consistent with a high-volume restaurant.
