Schedule: Flexible Hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days after training, typically Thursday & Friday)

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Employment Type: Long Term contract 6-12 months

Position Summary

Trova Advisory Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent through offer acceptance and pre-employment processing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional associations, referrals, networking, and talent databases.
• Utilize recruiting technologies, AI search tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS reporting to maximize candidate pipelines.
• Screen, qualify, and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage background checks, reference checks, pre-employment communications, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting guidance.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines and hiring activity.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, qualifying, networking, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience utilizing job boards, social media platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting databases, and web-based search techniques.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and professional-level positions.
• Knowledge of recruiting analytics and sourcing metrics.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools and recruiting technologies.
• Background in staffing, corporate recruiting, or talent acquisition.
