About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the sustainable growth of the product portfolio of SC Johnson Professional in the healthcare sector. You will strategically manage key customers, develop new business opportunities, and implement market strategies to strengthen revenue, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Your tasks include:
- Managing and expanding a defined customer portfolio with a strong focus on solution-oriented sales of hand hygiene and skin protection systems for healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinic consortia, nursing homes, and healthcare providers
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within existing and potential customers
- Managing projects throughout the entire process – from needs analysis to concept creation, implementation, and follow-up of hygiene and skin protection programs
- Negotiating commercial agreements in line with company policies regarding pricing, contracts, and profitability
- Developing and implementing customer and account plans in coordination with regional and national sales strategies
- Building trustful customer relationships by providing value-added hygiene concepts and customized system solutions that go beyond the mere product sale
- Implementing marketing and category initiatives in close collaboration with marketing, sales operations, and customer service
- Participating in trade fairs, customer events, and medical professional conferences
- Effectively using sales systems and tools (CRM, MS Office, digital presentation tools) to manage the pipeline, reporting, and customer interaction
- Conducting convincing customer presentations and training sessions for different stakeholders (e.g., purchasing, hygiene professionals, nursing management)
- Working closely with distribution and trade partners to strengthen long-term partnerships and joint business development
Your experience:
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing, hospitals, healthcare systems, or related services)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Experience working with distribution and sales partners
