Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – General Medical Practice (Full-Time) Location: Washington State Position Overview Noble Physicians is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing general medical practice. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care within an integrated medical and behavioral health model, emphasizing thoughtful, patient-centered medicine. We welcome applications from PA-C, NP, and DNP clinicians with experience or strong interest in internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care–based specialty practice. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient medical evaluation and management for adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and care planning Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans Collaborate closely with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams Provide patient education and preventive care counseling Document clinical care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP or DNP) Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain) Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or outpatient primary care preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentCommitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care Specialty Interests Applicants with training or interest in expanding services in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Endocrinology Rheumatology Neurology Women’s Health Urology Internal Medicine Family Medicine Position Details Full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and administrative infrastructure Opportunity to grow within a multidisciplinary medical practice How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply using the application form below.
