Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids
• Analyze samples using state-of-the-art equipment and technologies

• Follow strict laboratory protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines
• Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding laboratory findings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or closely related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) by ASCP or equivalent agency
• Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and information systems
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
