UAS Assembly Technician

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a UAS Assembly Technician located in Torrance, CA. The UAS Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling UAS avionics and airframes, soldering electrical components, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and providing feedback to the engineering team. A technician works closely with other members of the production team to meet deadlines and further innovate the product. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification Experience with soldering and mechanical assembly is a plus Experience with 3D printing is a plus Skills Quality control skills to ensure assembly accuracy and consistency Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work effectively in a team environment Able to learn fast and adapt quickly Independent problem solving The base hourly pay range for this role is $22–$28/hour. Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and role‑related qualifications.
