Candidates that have worked for independent shops or franchise parts stores are encouraged to apply.We Offer:Medical & Dental insurancePaid VacationClosed SundaysGreat work environmentWonderful cultureResponsibilities:Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customersAccomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory controlWork with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairsEffectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals; handle stock order proceduresForecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet themHire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staffEnsure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct locationMaintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areasAccurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to dateRequirements:Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionHave a High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in an automotive parts department, management experience preferredWeibel Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
