Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Missouri PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience providing care for geriatric patients and post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
