We are a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider serving rural northern Maine, operating a network of health centers across Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties, delivering care to more than 20,000 residents-many in underserved or remote areas.

• Total outpatient
• Monday-Friday work week
• Patient-centered medical home
• On-site pharmacy
• Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental, and acupuncture
• Staff include MDs, NPs, and PAs, Social workers, and strong support staff
