Vanguard operates dealerships located in  Arlington, Carrollton, Sherman, Austin and Hughes Springs.  We represent the manufacturer brands of  Kia, GMC, Volkswagen and Ford.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year based on performance plus a $3,000.00 signing bonus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with all leads


• Walk the inventory daily


• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership


• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs


• Work directly with customers to develop relationships helping to enhance the sales process


• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.


• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and reviews.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday


• 3+ Years Kia or Automotive Sales Experience


• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing


• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills


• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment


• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license


• Bi-Lingual a plus
