Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)

We're hiring an Accounting Specialist with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting support. This role will assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor/customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Process and post AP and AR transactions
• Maintain vendor invoices and customer collections
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare accounting schedules and reports
• Post recurring journal entries
• Support payroll and benefits-related accounting entries
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of AP and AR experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
