The firm is hiring a Senior Vice President in New York to lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring.The role offers cross-asset exposure, evaluating deals across Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Private Credit within a single platform, and working directly with Michael Leffell, formerly Deputy Executive Managing Member at Davidson Kempner.Responsibilities include sourcing high-quality investment opportunities and building strategic relationships to drive deal flow across North America and Europe; conducting rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence and preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments; and partnering with the firm's membership base of sophisticated LPs to support investor engagement.Candidates should have 8-15 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or principal investing with a strong track record in private markets, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-asset-class capital structures.
