Fitness360NYC isn't a clinic. It's a strength training facility where the caseload is D1 athletes, pro athletes, and elite weekend warriors - and you'll be embedded in it, not just tucked in a treatment room. Fitness360NYC is looking for a DPT who wants to practice performance-focused rehab inside a strength environment, surrounded by the training that's happening around your patients every day. You'll work alongside a team built on a proven 4-phase model (Assessment -> Prehab/Rehab -> Foundational Strength -> Performance) that bridges clinical rehab into real strength and sport performance - refined over 20 years in the industry. We want someone who can think critically and own their clinical decisions, who's also willing to learn from that experience and collaborate closely with the rest of the team. This is a team-based practice, not a solo operation. Why this setting is different: You're working in a strength facility, not a hospital or outpatient clinic - your patients train here, and you'll see the full arc from rehab to performance. It's a proven system built over 20 years, with room for you to bring your own clinical judgment to it. The caseload is athletic by design - D1, pro, and serious weekend warrior clients who train and compete. And it's a team-based environment - you're collaborating with coaches and other providers, not working in isolation. The role: 1-hour sessions, structured 16-week roadmap. Schedule is 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Start date August Compensation: $70-90 per 1-hour session. Paid training period up to 90 days, 35 hrs/week. Requirements: Licensed DPT, 3+ years clinical experience.
