As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work. Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work. Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
