About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2013 and currently has a small, close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader after previously serving as a State Farm agent, giving me a strong background in leadership, sales, and team development. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri and have proudly called Georgia home since 1999. I enjoy building relationships within the community and creating an environment where both our customers and team members feel supported. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
