Outpatient OT Assistant - Geriatric Rehab

Flagship Therapy seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant for our outpatient ALF/ILF liaison role in Fort Worth, TX. Full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN schedules are available within a post-acute care setting. You’ll join a committed team delivering medically necessary rehab under OT supervision. Responsibilities include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and progress reporting. Graduation from an accredited OTA program and active state licensure are required; all experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Flagship Therapy
