Process Operator

Join a growing food production team in a fast-paced environment. No experience required—just bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Package, stack, and seal products on the production line
• Add scoops and secure lids on containers
• Count and verify products for accuracy
• Load ingredients and materials into production equipment
• Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Basic math and computer skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
