Job SummaryThis is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.The Senior Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics partners with HR and business leaders to transform workforce data into actionable insights that support business and talent decisions. The role requires strong knowledge of HR data and data structures, analytics, storytelling with data, data visualization, and HR data privacy and governance. This role will be the first point of contact for HR and business stakeholders who require support with HR data policy interpretation, reporting or analytics requests.The position will develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions using data from SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other enterprise sources, with Power BI as a key analytics and visualization platform. The role will heavily focus on data integrity, data governance, reporting and analytics.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior HR and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate business questions into actionable analytics and insightsDevelop dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical solutions using Power BI and other enterprise analytics platformsAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into compelling data stories, actionable insights, and recommendations for senior, technical, and non-technical audiencesSupport analytics across the employee lifecycle, including workforce, talent acquisition, retention, organizational effectiveness, payroll, benefits, time, and talentUnderstand and work with complex HR data models and schemas, including employee, job, position, organizational, and effective-dated dataLead analytics workstreams and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members; may assume direct people leadership responsibilities as the People Analytics function evolvesPerform data validation and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issuesEnsure appropriate handling of sensitive HR data in accordance with privacy, confidentiality, security, access, and data governance requirementsPartner with HRIS and technology teams to understand system and data changes and assess downstream analytics impactsIdentify opportunities to automate and improve the scalability, consistency, and efficiency of People Analytics solutionsDrive adoption and ongoing enhancement of analytics products based on stakeholder needs, usage, business value, and evolving People Analytics capabilitiesOwnership of regulatory and government workforce reporting and related documentationContribute to People Analytics strategy, projects, standards, and continuous improvement initiativesOther duties as assignedEducationBachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experienceWork Experience5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Data, HRIS, Business Intelligence, or a related fieldStrong understanding of HR data, data models, schemas, structures, and HR business processesExperience working with UltiPro, SAP HCM, SuccessFactorsStrong Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasetsUnderstanding of HR data privacy, confidentiality, governance, security, and responsible use of employee informationDemonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives, visualizations, insights, and recommendations that influence stakeholder decisionsExperience working with virtual teams across diverse geographical locations preferredPreferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience with Microsoft Fabric and modern enterprise data and analytics platformsExperience with SAP HCM data structures and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee CentralWorking knowledge of SQL and experience integrating data across multiple systemsUnderstanding of data governance, lineage, data quality, metadata, and master data conceptsUnderstanding of statistical and advanced analytical techniques and ability to partner effectively with data science resources to translate analytical outputs into business insightsExperience working within a large, complex, multinational organizationDemonstrated ability to influence HR, HRIS, technology, and business teams without direct authorityAdvanced analytics certification or relevant graduate degree preferredExperience leading analytics projects, cross-functional teams, and/or direct or indirect teams in a global or remote environment preferred. #LI-Hybrid #LI-MC1Travel Requirements5%: Up to 13 business days per yearPhysical RequirementsSedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
