WhatYou’llDo Leadsupplierdevelopmenttoboostquality,capability,anddelivery. Runsupplierauditsandcloseactionsfast. Qualifynewparts,processes,tooling,andsecondaryoperations. Tacklenonconformanceswithsolidroot-causeandcorrectiveaction(8D,5Whys,CAPA). PartnerwithEngineeringoncomplextechnicalissues. SupportNPI,designreviews,engineeringchanges,andconfigurationcontrol. OwnsupplierqualityKPIsanddrivecontinuousimprovementandcost-downactivity. Communicateconfidentlywithseniorstakeholdersandescalateissueswhenneeded. Tobeconsideredforthispositionyouwillneedtohave Engineeringdegree(orequivalentexperience). 7+yearsinSupplierQuality/QualityEngineeringorengineeringwithincomplexmechanicalorelectro-mechanicalmanufacturing. Strongbackgroundwithinanenvironmentthatsourcesmultiplematerialsandcomponents ExpertinGD&T,measurementmethods,anddataanalysis. UnderstandingofISO9001andpreferablyISO14001 SkilledinSolidWorks,statisticaltools,andleadingimprovementprojects. UnderstandingofProductionPartsApprovalProcess PastAuditorexperience,certificationpreferred Passport+driver’slicence;abletotravelupto25%.
