Talent Acquisition Manager

Own full-cycle GTM recruiting — from kick-off through offer — across sales, business development, marketing, and customer success. Lead proactive headhunting campaigns using AI tools. Partner closely with the CRO and GTM hiring managers. Build and maintain structured hiring processes in Ashby, pipelines, scorecards, reporting. Use data and market intelligence to advise on role positioning, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability. Manage and optimise candidate experience end-to-end. Requirements Proven in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth tech scale-up. Demonstrable track record hiring GTM roles: AEs, Sales Managers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success. Elite headhunting ability. Fluent in using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, WTTJ. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail. Ability to work at genuine pace without compromising on quality. Ashby experience strongly preferred. Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle GTM recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize candidate experience and hiring processes. Proven ability to partner with leadership and manage structured hiring frameworks in a high-growth tech environment.
