As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and positioning PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share through differentiated customer experiences, lobby engagement activities, and education on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, and participate in branch daily operations for efficient and accurate completion. Meet branch expectations including customer focus and risk management, as outlined below. Licenses Candidates will be subject to background checks per CFPB regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $63,250.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive‑eligible.
