In this role, you will oversee the production operations, ensuring that quality standards and production schedules are met while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily activities, coordinate workflows, and support team members in achieving their goals. You will actively engage in problem-solving and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity throughout the production process. Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production oversight. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff effectively. Ability to analyze production metrics and implement process improvements as needed. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure.
