Experience requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment preferred
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including 110V-480V systems
• Experience with PLC programming, frequency drives, servo motors, and machine controls
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and ladder logic
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
• Experience operating machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and cutoff saws

Job duties:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Program, repair, and maintain PLCs and automation equipment
• Install and maintain facility and production machinery
• Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance records, SOPs, JSAs, and repair documentation
• Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with sourcing replacement components
• Support machine operators with advanced troubleshooting and repairs
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, safety, and maintenance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
