Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Build lasting customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate State Farm Property & Casualty products. Educate and support clients through policy reviews, coverage explanations, and proactive communication. Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional State Farm products, such as Life, Health, or Financial Services, to provide complete protection solutions. What You Bring Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain one quickly). Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Motivated and goal-oriented, with a genuine desire to help others. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
