ProHealth Wellness Group is a growing private outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and children throughout Southern Nevada. Due to continued growth, we are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists and Licensed Interns who are passionate about helping others and committed to clinical excellence.

Clinical supervision is available for licensed interns at a low cost , along with mentorship, professional development, and a supportive team environment designed to help you succeed.

Position Summary:

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services while working collaboratively with an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will have the flexibility to build a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and areas of expertise while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation.
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timelines.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other treatment professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and agency policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must possess:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Active Nevada clinical license or eligibility to obtain one , including:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Clinical Social Worker Intern (CSW-Intern)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFT-Intern)
  • Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC)
  • Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-Intern)
• Nevada State Business License (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team.
• Commitment to completing documentation accurately and on time.
• Desire to continually learn and grow professionally.
