Credit Analyst

Credit Analyst will support the underwriting team with income analysis for Non-QM and agency loan programs. This role is responsible for calculating and reviewing borrower income to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and investor guidelines. Responsibilities Calculate income for Bank Statement, Tax Return, and Short-Term Rental programs. Review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness. Work directly with Underwriters to ensure income calculations meet guideline requirements. Utilize Encompass, income calculation software, and online tools to complete reviews. Document calculations and maintain compliance with company standards. Identify missing documentation or discrepancies and communicate findings clearly. Maintain productivity and turnaround expectations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years mortgage industry experience required. Experience calculating self-employed borrower income preferred. Knowledge of Non-QM loan programs is a plus. Familiarity with Encompass LOS preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
