About the Role Experienced A&P Mechanic - 2nd Shift - Tampa, FL. Textron Aviation invites you to join our legacy as a global leader in private aviation. This role is critical to our mission and we are offering up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Diagnose malfunctions and perform disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customers. Turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run‑ups. Qualifications High school education or GED required. A&P License, or partial license with the ability to obtain full license within 6 months. Experience as an A&P Mechanic or mechanical repair of vehicles, or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, or aircraft/flight maintenance. Willingness to relocate to Tampa, FL.
